As a business owner, I get at least 20 calls a day from lending companies trying to give me funding. I don't know how I got on the call list for all these companies, but here I am. I am sure a lot of people can relate. Anyway I got a call this morning from 903-214-8341 and I knew as soon as I picked up the call that it was basically a sales call. Biz Lend Source, located at 2585 Angus Road, Long Island City, New York 11101. He asked for Jessie as usual and I stated I am sorry, we are not interested in any funding. Please take our name and number off your list. He then called me a co$$ Sucker and I was taken aback. I said excuse me. He then asked it I sucked Co$$. I hung up and he proceeded to call back multiple times (using a different #) saying the same kind of things. At one point his coworker called and she was pleasant, so I merged the call so she could hear him. This is my business line. Anyway, I googled them and there is no customer service number to make a complaint. I am very disappointed that this business would allow this behavior or this agent would even be so nasty because I asked to be taken off the list and not even care that the calls were being recorded. I guess I am just venting but I am definitely going to do so digging and find out how to make a formal complaint. Wow, just wow.

We want to clarify the recent changes regarding Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) annual testing of backflow prevention devices for certain properties in Fate. Some homeowners in Fate have recently received a letter referencing the need to have an annual inspection.

As a reminder, this is only required for residential properties with both a septic tank AND an irrigation system.

TCEQ requires annual testing and inspections of a backflow prevention device when a health hazard exists.
