Our Dispatchers are sponsoring a school supply drive once again to assist our local students and teachers. To participate, drop off supplies in the Terrell Police Headquarters lobby, 1100 N. State Hwy 34.
Beginning June 8, 2026, the City of Terrell Development Services and Engineering Departments will relocate to the City of Terrell Service Center, located at 400 Industrial Blvd., Terrell, TX 75160.
The following services will be available at this location from 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday:
- Development Services
- Engineering
- Building Permits
- Parks & Recreation
- Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
Public Works will remain at the Service Center and will continue operating from this location.

Congratulations to outgoing School Board President Dena Risinger on 24 years of dedicated service to our students, staff, and community! In recognition of her commitment and leadership, Mayor Carmona presented Mrs. Risinger with a key to the city.
Due to necessary building repairs, Fire Station No. 2 will be temporarily relocated to Fire Station No. 3, located at 4 Rexel Court, effective May 28, 2026. Emergency response services will continue without interruption during this temporary relocation. We appreciate your patience and understanding as these repairs are completed.

At the May 26 City Council meeting, members proudly recognized the outstanding students who successfully completed the Terrell Youth Council program. These young leaders learned how local government works, engaged with civic leaders, and collaborated on ways to improve the community.
This year’s service project involved collecting pet food and supplies and delivering them to the Terrell Pet Adoption Center.
