Here are the key details for this exciting opportunity:

🚒 Minimum Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Age: 18–35 Years Old

Certification: NR/TX DSHS Paramedic, or enrolled in a class and 50% complete

💰 Compensation Highlights
Starting Base Pay: $73,250

Paramedic Pay: Add $4,500/yr for Paramedic certification

1st Year Pay: Increases to $76,545 after 6 months, and $79,990 after 1 year

TMRS: Texas Municipal Retirement System with a generous 2:1 match

Pay Growth: 4th Year pay is $91,282

✅ Benefits & Schedule
Shifts: 48/96 Shifts

Equipment: ALS Engine / Truck

Additional Pay: Education Pay, Certification Pay, and Overtime Opportunities

Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance

Tuition: Tuition Reimbursement

Station 3 is currently on track to open its doors in Early Summer 2026, allowing us to better serve our community with faster response times and expanded coverage.
