We are incredibly proud of Terrell Fire Department’s probationary firefighters, Ryan Lipstraw and Wyatt Judson, who took part in Fort Worth’s 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb. 🇺🇸👩‍🚒👨‍🚒

Their dedication, perseverance, and respect for the fallen heroes of September 11th reflects the true spirit of the fire service. This climb is more than just steps—it’s a living tribute to the 343 firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice that day.

🚍 Public Service Announcement: School Bus Safety Saves Lives! 🛑

With the school year in full swing, let’s keep our students safe as they travel to and from school.

For Drivers:
🔺 Stop when the school bus stops — flashing red lights mean kids are getting on or off.
⚠️ Always stay alert in school zones and near bus stops.
🚗 Never pass a stopped school bus — it’s illegal and dangerous.

For Parents & Guardians:
👟 Teach your child to arrive at the bus stop early.
🛑 Remind them to stand 6 feet away from the curb.
👁️ Make sure they know to wait for the driver’s signal before crossing the street.

For Students:
🎒 Stay seated and face forward on the bus.
🗣️ Use inside voices and keep aisles clear.
🚦 Always look both ways when crossing and never run to or from the bus.

🚌 Every stop, every ride — safety first. Let’s work together to protect our kids on their daily journeys.

We are heartbroken to mourn the loss of two brave Idaho firefighters who were ambushed and killed on Sunday, June 29, 2025, while responding to a deliberately set wildfire on Canfield Mountain near Coeur d’Alene

These brave men made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. We extend our heartfelt condolences to their families, friends, and fellow first responders during this unimaginably difficult time.
