Pleasant Grove Middle School

We are excited to announce that Pleasant Grove Middle School Student Council is participating in the DAV (Disabled American Veterans) Field of Flags Fundraiser!

This meaningful fundraiser helps honor the brave men and women who have served our country while supporting DAV's mission of assisting veterans and their families.

Our Student Council has a minimum fundraising goal of $250, but we don't want to stop there! We want to go ABOVE AND BEYOND that goal and raise as much as possible to support our nation's heroes! 🇺🇸

🇺🇸 Donate to our PGMS Student Council fundraiser here: https://support.dav.org/participants/pgmsstuco

Together, let's make a difference, one flag at a time! 🇺🇸

Mathematician of the month, & Scientist of the month!✖️🧪

These students work hard everyday, & that hard work does not go unnoticed. They show kindness to their peers, are a helping hand when needed, & are leaders in everything they do.

Mrs. Bounds & Ms. Garrison are so proud of them & can’t wait to see how far they will go 🖤💛

Our 8th grade RLA students had some fun hunting for the different types of irony hidden throughout The Monkey’s Paw! 📖✨ They put their detective skills to work as they searched the story for examples and discovered that sometimes things aren’t always what they seem! 👀

Science is on the move at PGMS! 🧪🔍

Our 6th graders are searching for Evidence of Change task cards posted around the classroom and science lab. At each stop, they record clues that a new substance may have formed: gas production, a temperature change, a precipitate, or an unexpected color change.

They’re moving, thinking, and putting their science skills to work! 🖤💛
