Join us on Thursday, May 21st as we celebrate the hard work, achievements, and growth of our Gators this school year! 💙💚

🏆 Award Ceremony Times:
• 6th Grade – 8:00 AM
• 8th Grade – 9:30 AM
• 7th Grade – 11:30 AM

🎓 Following the 8th Grade Award Ceremony, our 8th graders will participate in the 8th Grade Clap Out before reporting to lunch.

📧 Parents of students receiving awards were notified by email.

📌 Important Reminders:
• NO BACKPACKS
• Parents are welcome to take their students home after the ceremony.
• Thursday, May 21st is also the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL with a 2-hour early release at 1:15 PM.

DJHS students are stitching up success in Principles of Human Services this week! 🧵🐊

Thanks to a generous grant from the Dickinson Education Foundation, our PHS classroom now has multiple sewing machines for students to learn real-world skills through hands-on experiences.

Students are creating rice and lavender-filled heating pads while practicing sewing fundamentals like threading needles, controlling fabric with the foot pedal, and making strong, secure stitches. We love seeing our Gators build confidence, creativity, and life skills that will serve them far beyond the classroom! 💚
