The City of Texas City Community Development Department is excited to have partnered with students from the Texas Southern University Urban Planning and Environmental Policy Masterโ€™s Program! Building on the great work of previous students, these talented individuals shared with us policy recommendations and revisualized the 1867 Historic Settlement. Their work includes a detailed 4D model and historical analysis to help support the preservation and development of our community.

A big thank you to Dr. Smith, Isaiah Allen, Joshua Lathan, and Petra Hsia for their commitment and dedication to this important project!
