Francis Martin Library Earth Day Festival 🌏🌱🌳

A quartet of singers present an engaging, 30-minute, interactive program of songs that follow the musical upbringing and journey of native Mexican and MVNY singer Rudy Giron. Repertoire for SATB quartet includes indigenous songs, folk songs, and popular songs in Spanish and other languages of Mexico with interactive elements for audience members such as movement, sound effects, and singalongs.

Earth Week has come to a close! We've learned a lot this week about climate change and everything that it affects, so let's close out the week with a little reminder of who else we are trying to protect. Join us with our friends from the New Canaan Nature Center and meet some furry or scaly friends whose species have become endangered and what we can do to help protect them.
