We also joined Unique People Services at their holiday turkey and food distribution.

UPS Celebrated the Breaking Ground of 1806 Anthony Avenue on Tuesday November 18, 2025.

Unique People Services (UPS) proudly announces the groundbreaking of 1806 Anthony Avenue, a transformative new mixed-income, mixed-population residence that will bring quality, affordable housing and essential supportive services to the Bronx.

This new 9-story, 111-unit development will bring supportive and affordable housing to our community, including:
• 67 units for formerly homeless individuals referred through DOHMH
• 36 units for low-income seniors
• 7 low-income family units
• On-site wrap-around services funded through a 1515 award
Residents will benefit from financial literacy workshops, job readiness training, counseling, and more — plus local hiring opportunities during construction.

Unique People Services is kicking off our Annual Turkey & Food Drive to help Bronx families and individuals in need enjoy a warm holiday meal.

With SNAP benefit cuts impacting so many, your support means more than ever. Together, we can ensure that no one in our community goes without a meal this Thanksgiving.

Volunteer – Help us sort, pack, and distribute food bags
