Goldberg Notary Services is expanding and seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Notary Assistant to assist with real estate loan signings and closing packages.

This role supports refinance, purchase, HELOC, and seller-side signings. We are looking for someone professional, organized, and comfortable handling time-sensitive financial documents.

🔹 Responsibilities:

✔ Prepare and organize loan document packages (100–200+ pages)
✔ Confirm appointments with borrowers
✔ Assist with mobile signings when needed
✔ Scanbacks and secure document return
✔ Maintain strict confidentiality
✔ Communicate with title companies and lenders

🔹 Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Professional communication skills
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Access to printer/scanner preferred
• Evening/weekend availability a plus
• Comfortable handling financial and legal documents

🔹 Preferred (Not Required):

⭐ NY Commissioned Notary Public
⭐ Loan signing experience
⭐ Background in legal, banking, or real estate

💰 Compensation: Per signing (based on experience)
