🎉 Costco is in Grandscape!

The grand opening is this Friday, and The Colony is ready to welcome this major retailer! The new 155,000-square-foot warehouse will offer a wide selection of groceries, home goods and more, while creating new employment opportunities and strengthening our local sales tax base.

We’re excited to see another major retailer invest in The Colony and contribute to our community’s continued economic growth!

The Colony is now officially a Film Friendly Texas Certified Community! The presentation was made to City and EDC officials at Galaxy Theatres by the Texas Film Commission (IFC) of Governor Greg Abbott's office following completion of the multi-step certification process. With this new designation, The Colony is now both a Music Friendly Texas and Film Friendly Texas Certified Community-positioning the city to attract more creative projects, support local businesses and create new economic opportunities.
