F R E E is the name of today’s adventure for you & your whole family! The Plains Indian Mound Festival (TPIMF) today is offering one 🆓 pony ride per child plus much more! You can do a mound tour, select a wooden craft to create & bring home, 🆓 rock painting. KIDDIE 🚜 PULL (no registration fee), climbing wall, Athens FFA PETTING ZOO 🐐, yard games, Atlatl aka S P E A R Throwing, ARCHERY 🏹 Trailer, Listen to beautiful music from Athens Community Singers, 🆓 balloon animals. But wait! There’s more! Ice cream, popsicles, orange frozen treats. Food Vendors on site to purchase hot dogs DEEP FRIED VEGGIES, HOT DONUTS, Taste of Indonesia, kettle popcorn 🍿. Have I convinced you yet? Drum Circle, Tee Pees aka TIPI, Emaline Music performing, AND YOU could win $ One Hundred 💵 Buckaroos just by singing a song or 2. Yup! I’m serious. Karaoke 🎤 Contest too. We start this morning with 9am Talent Contest with our Little Miss & Jr Miss Queen Contestants! Weather forecast states beautiful day to come to The Plains Community Park. All contestants must live within 75 miles of The Plains Community Park. Like & follow The Plains Indian Mound Festival page. There are 5 different dates/times to sign up.
