Congratulations to our new National Honor Society inductees: Carter Anderson, Tatum Connell, Jordyn DeNaeyer, Shylee Gonzales, Haxton Hoffman, Quaiden Knight, Kaley Rasmussen, and Emma Ray! They joined our Thedford NHS Chapter in a ceremony this evening with family, staff, and peers. What a notable accomplishment for these eight students, and we are excited for their future in the NHS! This induction takes our local chapter to a strong 16 members.

Join us TOMORROW, Tuesday, November 3rd, at 6:15 PM in the Thedford High School gym for a pep rally to send our Lady Knights off with all the love, support, and Knight pride they deserve!

A big shout out to Abigail, Cecilia, and Kloey! Way to go! You worked your tails off at Mid-America last week! You all earned your Statesmen pen and competed the Chapter Excellence Program! That means they completed in 3 1/2 days, everything a local chapter does in a full school year! On top of that, memorizing several SkillsUSA topics.
Abigail was her color chapter’s president! She received 3rd place in her OCC team event. Kloey, also, received 3rd place in her team event of, Chapter Business Procedure. Cecilia got 4th place on her T-shirt design.

In celebration and support of our state bound volleyball team, there will be no school on Thursday, November 5th and Friday, November 6th. Junior high wrestling will compete as scheduled on Friday @ Sutherland.

Send off for Thedford will be at 8:15am Wednesday and 9:00am from Sandhills.

Here is the STK State VB Apparel Order Flyer and Link. All orders MUST go through the google form. We know this is a little more inconvenient than the traditional store, but with the time crunch and wanting to cut the cost down on the items, this is the route we chose. Payments MUST be in by 10am tomorrow (Monday, Oct.2nd) to the office or through Venmo for your order to be submitted (unless other arrangements have been made with Bec Ray). Information on how to pick up your gear in Lincoln is in the information part of the google form. Those who can't pick up in Lincoln it will be at the high school Monday.
