🌱 Learning Comes to Life! 🦅

Today, our 5th grade scholars became the food chain! They brought our science lesson to life by using marshmallows as producers and acting as primary, secondary, and tertiary consumers. 🪴➡️🐛➡️🐸➡️🦅

From chasing and catching to passing that energy along, our scholars had a sweet time seeing how energy moves through a food chain—and they definitely made some memories along the way!

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing scholars and parents for making learning so much fun! 💛

Science + movement + marshmallows = a lesson they won’t forget!

Tectonic Plates… but make it delicious..

Today, our 8th grade scholars got to model tectonic plate movement using graham crackers for continental crust, Fruit Roll-Ups for oceanic crust, and frosting for the mantle!

Students worked to model divergent, convergent, and transform boundaries and figure out what happens when plates push together, pull apart, or slide past one another.
