Last night engine 46 and tanker 40 responded to the lime hollow area for a fully involved car fire upon arrival crews noticed this was a hybrid vehicle with the creek being beside the fire Engine 46 was able to hook to the creek and draft and keep cooling the vehicle down Mt Grove company 7 tucker ems wv state police and tucker county sheriff's office was all operating on scene for approximately 3 hours

Collecting supplies for Buckhannon/Weston area flood victims. Anyone still wanting to donate can drop off at Mountain State Brewing Co. Or Thomas Volunteer Fire Department. Items will be delivered Sunday. Thank you Naylors Hardware in Oakland, KD medical, and H & H Hardware in Thomas for the donations.
