In 2025, we remained focused on consistency, improvement, and strong performance across our operations. This report highlights advancements in safety, our people, and environmental stewardship, shaped by collaboration across our operations. Sustainability is an ongoing journey, and we remain committed to continuous improvement and transparency.

Some key highlights from 2025 include:
- Investing $6.6M in employee learning and development;
- Planting 20.1 million trees; and
- 100% of our lumber manufacturing operations are certified to the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (R) (SFI) Fiber Sourcing and Chain of Custody Standards.

These milestones reflect our continued commitment to our employees and responsible forest stewardship.
