🔥 Some traditions are worth keeping alive!

Every Election Day, our volunteers fire up the kettles and prepare delicious South Georgia pilau the old-fashioned way: outdoors, over an open flame, in old cast-iron kettles!

It's a labor of love that's been part of the Thomasville History Center's annual Pilau Dinner since 1993, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Come taste the tradition on Tuesday, November 3! Plates are just $12, with on-campus dining and convenient drive-thru pickup available.
