Due to card scammers the city pay portal has been removed from all posts on our page. THERE ARE NO CUSTOMERS AFFECTED BY THIS. Let us be clear. No customers information was hacked. Our payment portal was used to test cards for people from other states. However, this is still an issue and we don't want to make it easy for anyone to fall victim to these crimes. If you would like the website to pay your water bill or make a donation please contact Thurman City Hall at (712)326-1490. Please note that the link can be texted to those with a water account. If you are calling to make a donation to Thurman Fire or Thurman Hometown Pride those donations can be made by cash, or check. If you desire to use your card, we can take that info over the phone.

Thank you all for your understanding as we strive to keeping everyone's information safe and secure.
