🏆💙💛 NATIONAL CHAMPION! 💙💛🏆

Tillamook FFA’s Tatum Lancaster is the 2026 National FFA Agricultural Sales - Entrepreneurship Proficiency Award WINNER!

In an unforgettable moment inside Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Indianapolis Colts, Tatum heard her name announced as the national winner in front of approximately 40,000 spectators!

What makes this accomplishment so special is the story behind it. Tatum took what she learned in a floriculture class at Tillamook High School and turned it into Western Grace Floral Co., a successful business she built from the ground up. What started with corsages and boutonnieres has grown into wedding florals, special events, and floral design classes.

Through her Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE), Tatum transformed a classroom opportunity into a thriving business, developing the skills, confidence, and determination that ultimately earned her a NATIONAL TITLE!

Now a 2026 Tillamook High School graduate studying marketing at Oregon State University, Tatum continues to build on everything she started in that agriculture classroom.

This is what agricultural education is all about. Helping students discover their passions and giving them the opportunities to turn those passions into something extraordinary. We couldn’t be more proud of Tatum, her hard work, and everything she has accomplished!

Please join the Alumni for their dinner and silent auction fundraiser. Enjoy a tri-tip dinner prepared by Chris and Jill Ingram, and bid on items and services generously donated by local individuals and businesses. The Tillamook FFA Alumni is a separate organization from the Tillamook FFA chapter, but its members are strong supporters of our students and agricultural education. We truly appreciate all they do for Tillamook FFA!
Proceeds will help support students in agriculture.

Do you have too many flowers in your garden? Our Floriculture students would love the opportunity to turn them into beautiful masterpieces! 💐🌸

Last month, students had the opportunity to give bouquet making a try thanks to the flower donations from Pink Colleknon-Eggert! Check out the video of what we had to choose from and the pictures of what they created. We appreciate the support of hands-on student learning!

We’re looking for volunteer judges and helpers for the Northwest FFA District Agricultural Sales and Food Science competitions on Saturday, November 7, starting at 8 a.m. at Tillamook High School.

No experience required, just a willingness to support students as they put their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills into practice! These opportunities happen because community members generously share their time, and we’re grateful!

Interested in helping? Contact Mr. Bush at [email protected] or 503-842-2566 ext. 2165.

We wrapped up the Oregon State Fair and got home Monday, and now we are already getting ready to welcome students back to school next week. Before we get too far into the new school year, we wanted to recognize this great group of Tillamook FFA State Fair exhibitors! This year’s exhibitors were (in order in the photo from left to right) Rosalie Kiser, Kaci Averill, Emma Sheets, JD Heimerl, Baylee Tohl, and Arlee Heimerl. Thank you to parent Kaitlyn Kiser for the photo!

We are incredibly proud of this young group and loved watching them experience State Fair, support one another, and represent Tillamook FFA so well. They came home with some impressive results:

🏆 Supreme Champion Dairy Female
🏆 Grand Champion Holstein
🏆 Junior Champion Holstein
🏆 Reserve Junior Champion Holstein
🏆 Reserve Grand Champion Holstein
🏆 Reserve Junior Champion Jersey
🏆 Division 1 Champion & Reserve Champion Dairy Showmen
🏆 Division 1 Champion Poultry Showman
🏆 Division 1 Champion Meat Goat Showman

The awards are exciting, but even better is seeing this young group gain confidence, make memories, and get excited about coming back again.

We are especially thankful for the families who made the week possible and for the Tillamook County 4-H members and families who were there alongside us. State Fair takes a lot of people pitching in, and we appreciate the way everyone supported each other throughout the week.

Proud of this crew and excited for what is ahead. Now, on to another school year! 💙💛

We are off to the Oregon State Fair in Salem!

Tillamook FFA exhibitors are headed to Salem for a week of showing, competing, making memories, and representing our chapter and community. We’re excited for another great State Fair and proud to have a great group of students representing Tillamook FFA and Tillamook County 4-H! If you’re headed to the fair, come find us and cheer on our exhibitors! We’d love to see some familiar faces ringside supporting our students. Here’s our schedule so you can follow along.

Hope to see you in Salem!
