One week from tomorrow, downtown Tipton turns into a trick-or-treat trail!

We’re teaming up with Tipton Main Street Association for the Downtown Tipton Halloween Spooktacular on Friday, Oct. 30, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Bring the kids downtown in costume and stop by tables hosted by local businesses and organizations along Main, Madison, Court and Jefferson streets.

Business owners, there’s still time to join in and hand out treats. Registration closes at the end of the day tomorrow, Friday, Oct. 23: https://forms.gle/zRiQPhiootSD6pZ66

Streets will stay open during the event, so please watch for traffic and keep little ones close.

We're excited to host this year's State of the City featuring Tipton Mayor Kegan Schmicker, and we want the community in the room! Join us Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 9 a.m. at the Tipton County Event Center Auditorium.

The Mayor will highlight what the City of Tipton, Ind. accomplished in 2026, recognize the partners who helped make it happen and offer a look at what's ahead. Whether you own a business, work in town or call Tipton home, it's a chance to hear about our community's progress firsthand.
