Last night we had the pleasure of hosting the Mercy Health - Toledo Foundation Mission Partners Fall meeting!

Our guests had the opportunity to get an up-close look at our aircrafts, meet some of our crew and learn more about the work we do to serve our communities!

Thanks for spending the evening with us!

Our Life Flight 2 crew enjoyed spending time at the Bloomdale Fire open house last night, showing families around the aircraft and talking about what we do. Opportunities like these are a great reminder that strong relationships with our local fire and EMS partners extend beyond the scene of an emergency.

Our hearts go out to the REACH Air Medical Services team during this incredibly difficult time. Across air medical services we share a bond built on service, sacrifice, and caring for others. When tragedy affects one of our own, its impact is felt across our entire community.
From all of us at Life Flight, we extend our condolences to the entire REACH family.

Today, we remember September 11, 2001, and the lives forever changed that day.

We honor the victims and remember the firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMS professionals, dispatchers, and all first responders who ran toward danger when others were running away. Their courage, sacrifice, and commitment to serving others continue to inspire us every day.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Life Flight was proud to join the Mercy EMS Division, Mercy St. Vincent Emergency Medicine Residency Program, GME, Simulation Lab, and our regional Fire, EMS, and law enforcement partners for Residents EMS Day at Owens Community College.

Emergency Medicine residents stepped outside the hospital and into the world of prehospital medicine, taking part in hands-on scenarios involving vehicle extrication, hazmat, airway management, patient packaging, tactical operations, and more.

The day finished with a large-scale Mass Casualty Incident involving a train and hazardous materials, putting everything they learned into action.

A huge THANK YOU to all of the agencies, students, and Owens Community College for making this training possible! These opportunities allow us to train together, learn from one another, and build the relationships that ultimately make us better for our patients.
