🚨 LMH Community Update

Lucas Metropolitan Housing is aware of the hazardous materials incident in North Toledo and is closely monitoring the situation.

While most LMH properties are outside the immediate vicinity of the incident, we are taking an abundance of caution. The safety and well-being of our residents, staff, and surrounding community remain our priority.

We encourage everyone to follow instructions from the City of Toledo and Toledo Fire & Rescue, including any evacuation or shelter-in-place orders that apply to your location.

LMH will continue monitoring official updates and sharing verified information as needed to help keep our community informed.

Stay informed. Follow official guidance. Look out for one another.

SIX NATIONAL AWARDS. ONE INCREDIBLE TEAM. A COMMUNITY WORTH CELEBRATING!

Lucas Metropolitan Housing (LMH) is making its mark on the national stage!

At the 2026 NAHRO National Conference in Denver, Colorado, LMH proudly received:

💙 Feel-Good Friday | Be Someone’s Reason to Smile.

Before the week ends, take a moment to brighten someone’s day.

Thank the person who helped you. Check on a neighbor. Send that encouraging message. Let someone know their effort hasn’t gone unnoticed.

You may never know how much a small act of kindness means to someone carrying a heavy week.

At Lucas Metropolitan Housing, community grows through the everyday ways we show up for one another. You don’t have to do something big to make someone feel valued.

Let’s finish Friday with kindness and carry a little more joy into the weekend! ☀️
