What a beautiful, peaceful, and tranquil community! 🏡✨ From the welcoming atmosphere to the warm hospitality, it's easy to see why so many seniors are happy to call this place home.

We love getting out into our community, building relationships, and connecting with others who share our passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors. 💕

What a day of making connections! ❤️

In addition to visiting Lakes of Monclova, Tanesha had the pleasure of meeting with Jordan at RIXA Recovery and Performance !

Jordan is a veteran with a HUGE heart for helping others. 🇺🇸❤️ His faith and passion for healing truly shine through in what he does. He even shared that he considers his office his ministry, and you can feel that sense of purpose the moment you walk into his peaceful, tranquil space.

We learned about their SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Therapy, which is designed to pe*****te up to 3.75 inches into deep tissue without causing trauma! It aims to increase blood flow, support cellular regeneration, improve mobility, and help relieve acute and chronic pain, including knee, back, and shoulder pain and old or recent injuries.

And we LOVE that RIXA offers discounts to veterans! 🇺🇸

Our Community Outreach Ambassador, Tanesha, had the pleasure of touring The Lakes of Monclova today, and WOW! From the gorgeous community to the wonderful activities offered to residents, there was so much to love!

With rehabilitation, assisted living, and memory care, Lakes of Monclova offers a variety of care options to meet the changing needs of seniors. ❤️

At Visiting Angels Toledo, OH, we love getting to know our community partners and seeing firsthand the wonderful resources available to the families we serve.

A huge thank you to Neena and Lakes of Monclova for the warm welcome and fantastic tour! We look forward to growing our partnership! 💙😇

It's that time of year again! Our Angels 4 Vets program is getting ready to spread some Christmas cheer, and we're looking for some very deserving veterans! 🎁

Each year, these deliveries give us the opportunity to do something special for homebound and disabled veterans in our community. The gifts are wonderful, but the smiles, conversations, and connections made along the way are what make this program so meaningful. ❤️

💜 What an incredibly moving day at the Walk to End Alzheimer's in Toledo!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who walked, donated, volunteered, and supported Team Visiting Angels Toledo, OH. Your kindness means so much!

A special thank you to Karen Moore with the Alzheimer's Association. You are absolutely amazing, and your dedication to this cause shines through! 💜

One moment during the Promise Garden Ceremony said it all. A wife stood holding a yellow flower, representing caregivers. When her husband, who is living with Alzheimer's, was recognized for the blue flower, the woman from Channel 13 gently took his hand and helped him step forward to stand beside his wife. 💛💙

Such a small act of kindness, yet such a powerful moment. That's what today was all about. Love, compassion, and showing up for one another.

Thank you, Toledo, for showing up today. We'll keep walking until there's a cure! 💜
