Based out of the Tomball Info Center, we host local events with live music & family fun, as well as help our visitors find unique shopping, eateries, & lodging. From its early years as an agricultural center and railroad town, to the oil years of the early 1900s until today, Tomball, Texas is a great place to live and have fun! From the historic downtown with its mom-and-pop restaurants, shops, galleries and attractions, to sites for nature tourists, more than 30 nearby golf courses, and historic sites, Tomball should be on your "must see" list in Texas.

We just want to share a little extra appreciation for our TCC team for putting this together and for the volunteer scare cast who brought a really awesome element to our festival last weekend! If you loved it, make sure to let us know we should bring it back again next year!

It's finally time to gear up for a Saturday full of fun at Tomball's annual Depot Day Fall Fest on Nov. 7, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Depot Plaza!

In November, we'll be celebrating National Model Railroad Month combined with all things fall in downtown Tomball with model railroad displays, live music and dancing, trackless train rides, local vendors, and more! 🍂 We're excited to welcome back the Houston Area G Gaugers, all the way from the garden railroad at the Rosenberg Railroad Museum, to showcase their massive model railroad display. The Tomball Depot Museum will also be open for the entirety of the festival to give everyone the opportunity to get a close look at both the Z Scale model railroad in our freight room, and the recently updated O Scale model railroad in the caboose! 🚂

🎤🎶 Live performances will kick off at noon with Camryn Marie until 1:30 p.m., followed by Shameless (a Garth Brooks Tribute) from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m.

Free family-friendly activities will also include trackless train rides, a dedicated Kids’ Zone sponsored by the Houston Rockets, fall-themed photo ops, crafts, and giveaways! 📸

We had so much fun at this year's Spooktacular 2nd Saturday Movie Night! 🩷🖤💚

We're so grateful for the opportunity to enjoy downtown Tomball with our community at events like these! Thank you to every Tomballer who came out to the Depot Plaza on Saturday, shopped local in downtown Tomball, and made memories to last a lifetime with us! 🫶 And thank you to all of our volunteers and City of Tomball staff that made this event extra WONDERFUL through all their hard work. ✨

A super special thank you also goes out to our community partners who brought out games, crafts, prizes, and freebies to share with everyone. It was awesome having Ivy Kids Tomball, Chick-fil-A Grand Pkwy, Michael Fletcher State Farm, Mini Mall Storage, Tomball Sam's Club, LOVE CORN, and Academy Sports & Outdoors out at the festival with us providing family-friendly activities to enjoy.

And while we're on the subject of appreciation, we want to say a HUGE thank you to School of Rock Champions Forest and the Tomball Community Center's Just Dance team for their incredible performances! 👏👏👏 They really were AMAZING!

Finally, we were so excited to include haunted house tours in the Tomball Community Center this year! The Community Center team did a stunning job decorating and scaring ALL of us!

We ❤️ Tomball and we're looking forward to seeing everyone out at the Depot Plaza again next month for Depot Day Fall Fest on Saturday, Nov. 7!

One short day until Spooktacular 2nd Saturday!

We can't wait to see everyone in downtown Tomball tomorrow for an evening of free family fun! 🤩

We're featuring "Wicked" on the giant LED screen under the stars beginning at 6:00 p.m., but before that we'll have free games, crafts, photo ops, and bounce houses, plus giveaways, local vendors, and so much more! There will also be a special meet & greet with Elphaba and Glinda as well as live performances by Tomball's School of Rock and the Tomball Community Center's Just Dance group before the film begins.

This year, we're extending the fun to the Tomball Community Center where there will be cutesy 👻 AND 🎃 spooky haunted house tours from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Surprisingly, rock beats scissor every time... who knew?? 🤯

Speaking of rock, Tomball's School of Rock is going to be at our Spooktacular 2nd Saturday this weekend performing from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.! Plus, we're excited to enjoy a special performance by the Tomball Community Center's Just Dance group right afterwards.

With all the live performances, giveaways, family-friendly games and crafts, local vendors, photo ops, haunted house tours, and more, we have so much to look forward to this Saturday! 👻 We can't wait to see everyone at the Tomball Depot Plaza!

Not only do we have some really cute postcards to share (for free) at the Tomball Info Center, but we've also come up with a few fun ways to use them:

BTW Tomball, this Saturday our Community Center will be hosting a FREE haunted house experience from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. during Spooktacular 2nd Saturday!

We're inviting everyone to join us at 221 Market Street where you can choose to take a spooky or cutesy haunted house tour! In room A, we'll have decorations appropriate for all ages (no scary surprises here) and starting in room B, we'll have a hallway of horrors for our thrill-seeking friends. With something for everyone, which one will you choose?

We can't wait to see you- or spook you- in downtown Tomball this weekend!

No, but seriously- this is your official sign to come join us at the Tomball Depot Plaza on Saturday, Oct. 10, from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. for an evening of free family fun!
