Mrs. Stadler and Mrs. Ulicnik’s first graders stepped into the shoes of real scientists for an exciting physics lab exploring gravity, push, and pull! A little messy, but a whole lot of fun!

Our first graders have finished their first personal narratives this year. From writing about family adventures and pet shenanigans to sharing personal "small moments" with a clear beginning, middle, and end, our young authors have put so much heart onto the page.

Check out the progress they’ve made:
🌟 Bravely using phonetic spelling to write full sentences
🖼️ Adding detailed illustrations to bring their real-life stories to life
🔍 Editing their work like real authors with capitalization and punctuation

We are so proud of their hard work, big imaginations, and growing confidence as writers! Next stop: published authors!

Drop a 👏 in the comments to celebrate our hardworking first grade authors!

As part of Hispanic Heritage Month, our school is honored to celebrate the rich histories, vibrant cultures, and amazing contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans—especially right here in our Texas community! 🤠

Our state's story is deeply rooted in Hispanic heritage, and we love to learn, grow, and celebrate together as one school family.

We hope our Wildcat families are enjoying this beautiful fall weather!

Ms. Tranchilla's class took the learning outside this week as the temperature dropped on Friday. What a great way to enjoy a good book!

Also shoutout to the fantastic Ms. Cooper as part of the Lakewood Garden Committee - our atrium is beautiful!

🎨 Big News from the Art Room! 🎨

We are so proud of our talented student artists who have their artwork on display at the Lone Star Public Library!

Four of our elementary artists were selected to have their pieces featured in the library exhibit. During a special meet-and-greet event, our Fine Arts Director interviewed a few of our featured artists to share the story behind their creation and creative process!

A huge thank you to the Lone Star Public Library for showcasing our young artists, and to our incredible Tomball ISD Fine Arts Team, including Mrs. McNickle and Mrs. Easton, for inspiring our kids every day.
