Tooele City Arts Council Tooele City Arts Council is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting, preserving, and advancing the arts in Tooele City.

The PAR tax started being collected in 2005. The "A: part of the tax is for Arts. None of the money collected was able to be spent until the Tooele City Arts Coucil was created, which happened in 2007.

Looking for a creative night out that's a little different from the usual painting class? Meet Cozy Kinusaiga Floral! 🧵🌷

Inspired by the Japanese art of Kinusaiga, this project uses fabric and a unique no-sew technique to create a beautiful, textured floral design. It's a chance to try something new, slow down, and make something lovely to display at home!

Ready for a little creative time on your calendar? This November, we have three very different projects coming to the Tooele City Arts Council — from cozy autumn watercolor to fabric floral art and a dimensional paper creation!

🍁 November 4 — FREE Watercolor Harvest Door
Celebrate the season with an autumn-inspired watercolor! This is our free teen & adult class for November. Registration opens closer to class day, so keep checking the website if you'd like to claim a spot. Free classes fill quickly!

🌸 November 11 — Cozy Kinusaiga Floral
Explore a unique fabric technique to create a beautiful floral design without sewing.

🏡 November 18 — Cottage Tunnel Book
Create a charming dimensional paper scene with layers that bring a little cottage world to life.

This two-day event is open to artists of all ages and skill levels, and we would like to see the building full of your work! It only takes two minutes to fill out the RSVP form and be a part of this event. Prizes will be given to eligible artwork.
