Congratulations to TCF Board Member and Stormont Vail Health CEO Mark Slyter for being named to Ingram's Magazine Ingram's 250 - The Most Powerful Business Leaders in Greater Kansas City.

"Barely a year into his return to Kansas, Mark Slyter is already putting a physical and organizational imprint on Stormont Vail Health. The system broke ground this spring on a new Emporia campus, then moved to retire the Cotton O'Neil name and bring its clinics and services under a single Stormont Vail identity - two early signals of a CEO pushing both regional access and systemwide integration."

Congratulations to Serenity Horn and Michael Weatherly, Topeka High School graduates and recipients of the Dorothy & Craig Yorke, Sr., Scholarship!

In 2002 Craig Yorke, Sr. acted on his wife's long held idea and established the Dorothy and Craig Yorke, Sr. Scholarship to assist ambitious students of color. Dorothy and Craig grew up in Boston in the 1930's. Despite their best efforts, neither was able to finish college. So - they valued education highly. Their grandsons, Zack and Chris, thrived at Topeka High and their experience confirmed the plan to create this scholarship to support its graduates.
