JV BRINGS HOME THE WIN!

What a way to finish the season! Our JV team battled through an exciting three-set match today to earn a hard-fought victory and close out an incredible season with an 11-2 record!

This group has worked so hard all season, showing determination, teamwork, and a willingness to step up when their team needed them. Today's match was a true team effort, with several key players making big plays in important moments and helping push the team across the finish line. We are so proud of the way these girls competed, supported one another, and continued to fight for every point.

Congratulations to our JV players on an outstanding season and a fantastic final win! You have earned every bit of this success, and you should be incredibly proud of what you accomplished together.

12 STRAIGHT WINS! WHAT A SEASON!

What an incredible run by our Varsity Volleyball girls! After winning 12 consecutive games, our season came to a heartbreaking end today in a hard-fought three set match against another undefeated team Tyrrell Middle School.

While today's loss stings, it does not take away from what this team has accomplished or how incredibly proud we are of each and every one of them. Their hard work, determination, resilience, and commitment to one another have made this season so special. They have continued to grow, compete, and battle together, and they have given us so many reasons to celebrate!

The beauty of sports is that sometimes the toughest moments become the motivation for what's next. We will have another opportunity to face this same team in the playoffs, and we know our girls will be ready to rise to the challenge! Today may not have ended the way we hoped, but this team's story is far from over. We have more Volleyball to play, another opportunity ahead, and a team that has already shown what it is capable of. We will learn from today, grow from it, and get back to work together!

So proud of this team!

On Tuesday the TMS Boys soccer team hosted Tyrrell Middle School of Wolcott in their final home game. Torrington entered the final week of the season with a 5, 2 and 1 record with three games to play. The Raider boys got out to a fast start, putting pressure on Wolcott immediately. Offensively Max P., Justin B. and JT all contributed beautifully to give Torrington a 4 to 0 lead and a fun rhyming scheme. In the second half, strong defensive play by Armin, Connor, Hudson and Maddex helped Torrington to secure another victory, with a final score of 8-4. The boys look forward to their final 2 away games on Thursday at Derby and Friday at Aces of Chase in Waterbury. Go Raiders!
