There's still time to join us NEXT Thursday, October 29 for chilling stories from the real cases behind some of Hollywood’s most famous horror films!

Joe Franke, a seasoned local paranormal expert who worked closely with world-renowned psychic researchers Ed and Lorraine Warren for over four decades, will be presenting "Based on a True Story: the real-life cases behind Hollywood Horror".

In this exclusive session, Joe will share several terrifying and accurate accounts of cases his mentors were called to assist with. He will also clarify some popular myths surrounding these stories, which have inspired well-known films such as The Conjuring, Annabelle, The Amityville Horror, and A Haunting in Connecticut.

Whether you’re a dedicated horror fan or simply curious about the mysteries that lie beyond the everyday, this is an event you won’t want to miss!

This presentation is for those over the age of 18, and the registration link can be found in the comments below!

Karen Scarfo Thomas, Executive Director of Friendly Hands Food Bank, will be visiting our Children's Room to talk about her new book, "Ava Visits the Food Pantry" on Thursday, November 12 at 4:30!

This heartwarming story follows a little girl who visits a food pantry for the 1st time and discovers it's OK to ask for help. She encounters a community full of welcoming volunteers and neighbors who are willing to assist, removing the stigma of visiting a food pantry.

Karen will also be collecting non-perishables or personal hygiene donations; if you are able, please bring one (or two)!

Copies of her book will also be available for purchase. 🙂
