Library, Meeting Hall, Senior Center Building Complex The building holds a library, senior center, gallery space, and a meeting hall.

The complex was a gift to the town of Townsend in 2009 from the Sterilite Corporation, which has had it's headquarters in Townsend since the 1960s. The MH Gallery is open during regular operating hours for the Townsend Public Library and the Townsend Senior Center, as well as for scheduled events. If the doors are locked please enter through either the library or senior center buildings. The Meeting Hall is used for many classes, events, lectures, and meetings.
