2026 ELECTION | TRACY CITY COUNCIL

Former Tracy Mayor Dr. Nancy Young has endorsed Robin Cole for Tracy City Council, District 1.

The endorsement brings together two familiar names in Tracy's community and local government.

Robin also shared photos from a recent cancer awareness event, highlighting another opportunity for community members to come together around an important cause.

Our next Pints & Politics is coming up Thursday, October 22 at Morgan Territory Brewing!

We've reserved the patio for the evening, and this month we're doing something a little different. Several local candidates will be joining us, giving everyone a chance to meet them, hear what they have to say, and ask questions in a relaxed setting.

Robin Cole – City Council, District 1

Ametrius Sidney – City Council, District 3

Larkin Fleckner – Jefferson School District Trustee Area 4

Amy Thompson – Write-in Candidate, Tracy Unified School District Trustee Area 4

The Democratic Club of Greater Tracy is proud to endorse Larkin Fleckner for Jefferson School District Board Trustee, Area 4.

Larkin believes our schools should stay focused on what matters most: helping students succeed and making sure teachers have the support they need to do their best work.

Her priorities include improving student achievement in reading and math, measuring what’s working, giving new teachers the support they need, reducing unnecessary burdens, and retaining the great educators already serving our schools.

We’re proud to support Larkin and her commitment to creating stronger classrooms for every student.

The Democratic Club of Greater Tracy is proud to endorse Mayor Dan Arriola for re-election.

Dan was raised in Tracy and has spent his career serving this community as a school board trustee, councilmember, mayor, and deputy district attorney.

During his time as mayor, Tracy has expanded youth programming, reduced violent and property crime, secured funding for new police and fire stations, welcomed businesses including Trader Joe’s and Sprouts, and invested in family-friendly projects like the BMX Bike Pump Track and multigenerational recreation center.

Dan is running for another term to build on that progress, with a continued focus on public safety, a strong local economy, and accountable city government.

We’re getting together for a Vote Early Rally on Saturday, October 17 from 10 AM–12 PM at 11th Street & Corral Hollow Road.

This is a peaceful community event, and everyone is welcome. Bring a friend, bring the family, make a sign, and come spend a couple hours with neighbors who want to get involved and make their voices heard.
