SISCA COMMUNITY PARK WILL BE CLOSED

During this time we will be doing preventative maintenance and treatments to the Play Surface. We hate having to delay the fun but this work needs to take place while the weather is warm. Thank you for understanding and we can't wait to see everyone back the following week!

Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Trappe and the Borough of Collegeville are requesting joint sealed bids for the leasing of equipment and operating services for SNOW PLOWING & SALTING for the period from November 15, 2026 to November 14, 2027. Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. prevailing time, on November 2, 2026.

Bids will be opened and read at 1:15 p.m. on November 2, 2026 at the Borough Hall for the Borough of Trappe 525 West Main Street, Trappe, PA 19426.

Borough Councils reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any non-material defects on informalities in any bid.

Please be advised, Trappe Borough Offices are closed Friday, October 9th at 3 pm and Monday, October 12th in observance of Indigenous Peoples Day and Columbus Day. The offices will reopen on Tuesday, October 13th at 8:30 am.

We were informed yesterday from the Governor's Office that Trappe Borough was awarded a grant of $100,000.00 to install Shade Sails at Sisca Community Park and Garden through the Community Conservation Partnership Program. This DCNR Grant is in recognition of outstanding recreation and conservation work. Special Thanks to Our Grant Team at Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. who along with our office staff submitted for this funding, graciously awarded with the support of Senator Tracy Pennycuick and Rep. Joe Webster. We are very grateful and looking forward to improving an incredible recreational resource in Trappe.
