🥌 A Little Fun on the Ice! ❄️

Monday, we kicked off the first of our two curling sessions and what a fun time it was! Participants had the chance to try their hand at curling, learn something new, and enjoy some friendly competition!

A huge THANK YOU to the TC Curling Club for hosting us and making this such a fun experience! We appreciate your hospitality and look forward to round two! 🥌👏

Meet GYROKINESIS® — a full-body movement class designed to help you breathe, move, balance, and thrive!

Led by Mia Munroe, this unique class combines breath, focus, and rhythmic, flowing movements to help improve mobility, strength, balance, and ease of movement.

And don’t let the name intimidate you! 💗 GYROKINESIS® incorporates movements that can be done seated, standing, and on the floor, making it a wonderful way to explore movement in a whole new way.
