💡 Afterschool BRIGHTENS our lives! 💡

The 21st Century Schools program is proud to join communities nationwide in celebrating the 27th annual Lights On Afterschool, a nationwide celebration highlighting the importance of afterschool and summer learning programs.

To celebrate, we hosted glow-themed family nights at our afterschool sites. We made a gratitude garland, played Talk and Toss to share our favorite activities, and shared laughter and fun.

🎀 FREE MAMMOGRAM DAY | OCT. 16

Tazewell County Health Department is partnering with Carle Health for the 25th annual Free Mammogram Day!

On Friday, Oct. 16, uninsured or underinsured women ages 40-64 can receive a FREE mammogram at three Carle Health locations in the area. There are no income guidelines for this event.

REMINDER: We are hosting our walk-in flu/COVID clinic Saturday, Oct. 17, from 8 a.m. - noon at our TCHD Clinic location, 1800 Broadway St. in Pekin.

Our Walk-in Flu and COVID vaccine clinic returns this fall!

Protect yourself and your family during this respiratory illness season. Adults and children ages six months and older can receive flu and COVID vaccinations at our upcoming clinic:

No appointment is required. The clinic is a drop-in event, so stop by during clinic hours.
