With Character.AIin bankruptcy, we are working with a bipartisan coalition of AGs to ensure that its trove of private conversations is not sold as a commodity to the highest bidder without meaningful guardrails. Protecting the safety and privacy of consumers—especially kids—must come first.

Today, we wear purple for to raise awareness about domestic violence and show our support for survivors.

Together, we can break the silence, connect survivors with resources, and work toward a future free from abuse. No one should have to face domestic violence alone.

New Jersey consumers deserve to get what they paid for—without the runaround.

Our Division of Consumer Affairs is fighting to make sure consumers get their money back when businesses don’t deliver.

There's no room for reservation runarounds in New Jersey. In the last 6 months we put lodging disputes to bed for 6 consumers, obtaining a total $1600 in refunds to them for overcharges, canceled bookings, and other hotel headaches.

New Jersey families pay for homeowners’ insurance to protect what they have worked hard to build. Fraud drains the resources available to pay legitimate claims and can drive up insurance costs. We will protect honest policyholders and hold fraudsters accountable.

It was great to join the Watson Institute’s Her Watch event at Kean University for conversations on leadership, resilience, wellness, and the experiences of women across law enforcement and the justice system.

I was proud to meet with the NJ Lgbtq Law Enforcement Liaisons who are working to build trust, strengthen relationships, and ensure LGBTQ+ New Jerseyans feel safe and supported. We will continue striving for a New Jersey where everyone feels safe being who they are.
