“Care Connects Us!”

Attention all Caregivers! We would like to invite you to join us for our annual caregivers luncheon November 19, 2026 from 1-3 pm.

We know that being a caregiver takes lots of courage, hard work, sacrifice and selflessness on a daily basis and sometimes it can become overwhelming. We would like to set aside time to celebrate you by providing you with a small token of appreciation for the amazing job that you do day in and day out.

Whether you’re an older adult living with/caring for an older person (60 years old or older), a young adult caring for a loved one with dementia/cognitive impairments, a parent living with/caring for an adult child with physical disabilities (19-59), or an older adult (55 years old or older) caring for grandchildren, we would like to celebrate you.

Call our office for more information or to RSVP by November 13th. If anyone would like to support this event by sponsoring it/assisting with the sponsorship of this event, please contact our office at 252-448-1001.

We have lots of incontinent supplies and Ensure for any older adults (60 years of age or older or 19-59 with disabilities).

If you know of any caregivers who need assistance or support, please have them call our office @ 252-448-1001.

We offer Family Caregiver Support and Supplemental Services to individuals or family members who are unpaid and provide in-home and community care to older adults in their home.

We’d like to send a huge Thank You to Mrs. Alma and family for their generous donation of gloves, bed pads, and adult briefs to the Senior center!

These items make a huge difference for our older adults who are sometimes unable to afford incontinent supplies along with all of their other necessities.
