Crowder State Park The OFFICIAL page for Crowder State Park located in Trenton, Mo. of Natural Resources for the benefit of all Missourians.

The Missouri State Parks system is composed of 91 parks and historic sites managed by the Dept. Crowder State Park was created in 1938 to commemorate Major General Enoch Herbert Crowder. Crowder is best known as the “father of the selective service”. Crowder also served as the first ambassador to Cuba. The park is comprised of 1,912 acres of rugged slopes and stately forests. The state park system is composed of 92 parks and historic sites managed by the Dept. This forum is for speech related to Missouri State Parks. We have several scheduled events this week!
Tuesday October 13th 9 am Toddler Tuesday Meet Anna at the enclosed shelter for books about birds, a birdhouse craft and a bird feeder craft.
Tuesday October 13th 1 pm Anna at the enclosed shelter for books about birds, a birdhouse craft and a bird feeder craft
Tuesday afternoon Anna will be meeting with the TMS Outdoor club for an activity

Friday October 16th Fall colors bus tours- meet Jessica at the equestrian parking lot between 1 pm and 4 pm for a chance to ride a bus to the Thompson Cemetery and Thompson House while admiring the fall colors.

Saturday October 17th 9 am Fall Hike on River Forks Trail- meet Anna at the lake parking lot for this 2 mile guided hike

It's been another busy day at Crowder State Park. Tri-county homeschool group joined park staff for archery, fishing and kayaking.
Our campground is full for the weekend,.
Join Jessica Saturday morning at 9 am at the equestrian parking lot for a fall hike on North Thompson trail. This gives visitors a chance to walk by the Thompson Cemetery and Thompson House.
