🎯 OUR GOAL: 925 PEOPLE GIVING $9.25!

In honor of Give Like Dolly Day on 9/25, we’re asking our Miami County community to come together and make a special $9.25 donation to celebrate Dolly Parton’s incredible legacy of giving and literacy.

To help us reach our goal, our campaign will run from September 25 through October 25, giving everyone a full month to participate! We’re encouraging gifts of $9.25 in honor of the date, but any amount makes a difference.

Every donation helps United Way of Miami County support Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library right here in Miami County, putting free, age-appropriate books directly into the hands of local children from birth to age five.

Making your gift is easy! Donate online at UnitedWayMCO.org or send your $9.25 gift through Venmo to . When donating through Venmo, you can add “Give Like Dolly” in the note.

925 people. $9.25 each. One simple gift that can help Miami County kids develop a love of reading that lasts a lifetime.

🌟 We’re still looking for student leaders! 🌟

United Way of Miami County is seeking high school seniors from Tipp City, Covington, and Troy Christian Schools to join our 2026–2027 Student United Way class! We already have 2 students from Piqua, Troy, Miami East, West Milton and Newton! We would love to have every school in the county represented!

Student United Way gives young leaders the opportunity to:

✅ Visit and learn from local nonprofit organizations
✅ Explore the needs facing Miami County
✅ Develop leadership and advocacy skills
✅ Connect with students from other school districts
✅ Review grant applications and help award funding to local youth programs

If you know a senior from one of these schools who is passionate about leadership, service, and making a difference, please encourage them to apply!

For more information, contact Sean Ford at [email protected] or (937) 335-8410.

Please share and help us find the next generation of Miami County leaders!
