📸The LCES Photo Contest will open October 1, 2025!📸
Amateur photographers of all ages may enter the LCES Photo Contest hosted by Lincoln County Emergency Services (Dispatch 911). The contest offers you the opportunity to capture your favorite moments and locations (past and present) in Lincoln County, Missouri, and share them for all to enjoy. The contest runs October 1st through December 15th, 2025.
LCES will feature photograph submissions on our website and social media. Selected photos will be displayed on canvas in the New Lincoln County Emergency Services Dispatch & EOC building located at 911 Professional Parkway, Troy, MO. So, grab your camera or search your current photos and submit your entries! Thank you for helping capture the beauty of Lincoln County, Missouri.

845 Hwy E closed again for tow truck.
838 PM one lane of Hwy E open at this time.
Hwy E at Hwy D is closed at this time due to a rollover motor vehicle accident, with vehicle on fire. Please avoid the area.
All occupants are ok.

Lincoln County Emergency Services (Dispatch 911 - Troy, MO), along side Lincoln County Emergency Management, spent the morning at the First Step Preschool Community Helper Fair. We had a blast educating the littles on who to call in an emergency.
