The contest runs October 1st through December 15th, 2025.

LCES will feature photograph submissions on our website and social media. Selected photos will be displayed on canvas in the New Lincoln County Emergency Services Dispatch & EOC building located at 911 Professional Parkway, Troy, MO. Lincoln County 911 sends thoughts and prayers to Warren County Emergency Communications Center in the passing of telecommunicator Tricia. Thinking of you during this difficult time.

Lincoln County Emergency Services (Dispatch 911 - Troy, MO), along side Lincoln County Emergency Management, spent the morning at the First Step Preschool Community Helper Fair. We had a blast educating the littles on who to call in an emergency.

If you hear the storm sirens sounding again today, please don't panic! We are continuing to test and debug sirens today, September 2, 2025.
