What's Inside a Patriot's Chest?

Find out at Boo Bash 2026!

We're excited to welcome Steve and Patty Kaplan for a special presentation, A Patriot's Chest, during this year's 1776-themed family Halloween celebration.

Steve, the Immediate Past President of the Ohio Sons of the American Revolution, and Patty will help visitors discover how everyday people dressed, worked and lived during the American Revolution.

Each item in the chest has a story to tell about ordinary people who did extraordinary things to help create our nation!

Plus, families can enjoy patriotic games, crafts and activities throughout the mansion.

The Bach Society Camerata is Coming to the Troy-Hayner Cultural Center!

We're excited to announce that the Bach Society Camerata will perform on Tuesday, October 27, at 7:00 PM as part of our Drawing Room Chamber Concert Series!

Following an unexpected cancellation in our October concert schedule, we're grateful to the Camerata for stepping in on short notice to bring us an evening of beautiful choral music.

Under the direction of David Crean, D.M.A., this 20-voice ensemble from the Bach Society of Dayton will present a varied program featuring works by Mendelssohn, Bruckner and Vaughan Williams, alongside familiar favorites such as How Can I Keep from Singing, She'll Be Comin' Round the Mountain and Guantanamera.

We hope you'll help us spread the word and join us for this special performance!
