We had a special guest join us during our Board meeting tonight. Commissioner Lawanda Green Bell presented a $500 donation for Harmony Park. This community is her home and we are grateful for her generosity and willingness to give back.

Sponsor a kid for them to be able to visit and get pictures with Santa!

Santa Visits at CIA2026

For the past 7 years, Meeksville Volunteer Fire Department has brought Santa to Christmas in Ansley on their fire truck. Now, it's our turn to give back to them.
Here's how it will work:
From now until November 20th, you can sponsor children for $10 per child so that they can visit Santa and have their pictures made at no cost.
A portion of every sponsored admission will be donated to Meeksville VFD to help them with their equipment, fuel, new station, etc.
The more children sponsored, the more Meeksville VFD will receive! Help us give back to those who serve the community!
Our goal is 200 children!

We are delighted to receive this grant. Given our limited funding, we rely significantly on grants such as this and on donations to upgrade our aging equipment, which in most instances has exceeded its intended service life.
