Today, members of the Mountain View Fire Company had the opportunity to visit Tamarac Elementary School and George Washington School for Fire Prevention Day!

We always enjoy getting out into the community and spending time with the students while teaching them the importance of fire safety and what they can do to stay safe in an emergency.

The students had the opportunity to learn about fire safety, check out our fire apparatus, and see some of the tools and equipment our firefighters use when responding to emergencies. It’s always great to see their excitement, curiosity, and enthusiasm!
