📢 TROY BOROUGH RESIDENTS — Please Read! 📢

In the coming weeks, you may receive a letter, postcard, or an in-person visit asking you to complete a short household income survey for our proposed water main improvement project.

This survey is a big deal for our community! Troy Borough is applying for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding through the state to help pay for this project, and part of qualifying for that funding depends on hearing from enough of our residents. Every single response helps give us an accurate picture of our community and strengthens our application.

✅ It only takes a few minutes.
✅ Your answers are completely confidential! No names or personal information are ever shared or included in the grant application.
✅ Responses are only used to help determine our eligibility for funding.

If you get a letter with a link to fill it out online, or a knock on your door from one of our surveyors (who will have Bradford County ID and materials), please take a few minutes to participate. It really does make a difference for getting this project funded.

Our office is closed today Tuesday September 8th unexpectedly until 3:00 pm.

A 6 inch water main on Prospect St that services residences from 239 Prospect St to 640 Prospect St as well as 25 –117 Chestnut St and 26 Veterans Dr has developed a leak that is impacting the Water system. Troy Brough Water Department will dig and repair the leak today. This repair will require the above residences to boil water until we give the all clear. Thank you again for the community support and patience while we continue to grow and repair very old lines 🙏
