Silver Creek is a multifamily development that has been proposed in the Winter Creek subdivision. It would include forty rental units ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, with four deed restricted to lower income residents.
On Monday April 8, 2024, we will be holding a virtual neighborhood meeting to discuss the application, hear community concerns and answer questions. The applicants will be available, and staff will provide a presentation that explains the review and approval process, where the process is for this project and what the next steps are, as well as information about California housing laws and state density bonus and how these relate to this proposed development.
This meeting was initiated to provide an opportunity for Winter Creek residents to discuss their concerns and receive information about the project, but it is open to all community members who may have an interest in this topic.
When: Monday April 8, 2024 @ 5 pm
