'A powerful community': Sugar Hill oral history records stories of Black neighborhood in Tucson The Sugar Hill Community Land Trust, led by Sadie Shaw, is resuming work started before the COVID-19 pandemic, recording her neighborhood's history as one of Tucson's first established Black communities.
