Reminder when hiring a mobile notary for General Notary work (not loan signings):

Per the notary rules of the State of Arizona, notary fees shall be from "no charge up to a maximum of $10 per Notarial Act (stamp)." ✒️

Mileage is to be no more than $0.625/mile. There's no convenience fee, after hours fee, tack-on-whatever-else-they-feel-like fee. Just a straight $0.625 per mile.❗❌❗

It's unethical to charge more than what the State allows for General Notary work. Please don't hire those people. 🤔
