June is Great Outdoors Month! 🌲⛺☀️
It’s the perfect time to get outside and enjoy all that Arizona has to offer—whether you're hiking a trail, camping under the stars, or spending time with family and friends in nature.
As you head outdoors this season, remember to do your part to protect our beautiful landscapes. Always fully extinguish campfires and grills before leaving your campsite or picnic area. Together, we can help prevent wildfires and keep our outdoor spaces safe for everyone to enjoy. 🔥➡️💧
Have fun, stay safe, and enjoy the great outdoors! 🌵💙

Last week, Pima County Assessor Suzanne Droubie met with the Flowing Wells Neighborhood Association at the Ellie Towne Flowing Wells Community Center to discuss property tax exemptions and deed fraud protection.
We appreciate the community's feedback on the event. One attendee noted how helpful the information was and shared the highlights later that week with a local business networking group, whose members are now looking into the resources our office provides.
Connecting with residents and spreading awareness about these programs is what public service is all about. You can find information on available exemptions and property protection resources on our website.

If you need a restock or want to start displaying our detailed brochures about exemptions and valuation relief programs, feel free to call our office at (520) 724-8630 or email us at [email protected]. We would love to stop by and drop them off for you.
💙🏡 Our Rapid Response Program is designed to help both businesses and homeowners in the event of a catastrophic fire, flood, or other unforeseen accident that could cause significant damage and possible a reduction in their property valuation due to salvage status.
One of the primary goals of the Assessor's Office is to be an accessible and valuable resource to the taxpayers of Pima County. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at 520-724-7416.
