Both the Rincon and University communities would like to offer a huge shout-out to the RUHS marching band and colorguard for some outstanding recent accomplishments as they present this year's show, "Hush."
- earned 2nd place in region AAAAA at the U of A Band Day on Saturday, November 1,
- hosted the TUSD Band Expo on Tuesday, November 4,
- earned 5th place at the Arizona state championships on Saturday, November 8,
- Proud representation at the Veteran's Day Parade on Tuesday, November 11.
Below are just a few pictures for these events. Thank you to Mr. Marchant, Mr. Phillips, and Ms. Hamilton, and the entire band/colorguard staff and parent volunteer corps...not to mention all the students...for a job well done! They have so much more to do, but this was a busy stretch!
