Rio Vista Elementary FTO

March was a maker month, where students were tasked with designing an animal, and then making it crazy! They were given free reign of the Makerspace's materials, and challenged to make their drawings into 3d sculptures. Here's each class's photos showcasing all the amazing work they did!

The annual Holiday Shop is set up and ready to go! BEFORE SCHOOL all this week or will be open in the Maker Space! Free greetings cards and gift bags to wrap the presents up also included!

Huge thank you to Ren Bakery & Espresso Bar for donating such an amazing assortment of goodies for our Pastries with the Principal event today!

Congrats to all our 5th graders!

Join us for family night on Tuesday, April 23 from 6-7:30. We have some amazing things planned you! Can check out reptiles, participate in activities from MESA and SARSEF, you can bring a bike and get fixed from a bike mechanics! You can show you family the makerspace and STEM Lab. There is some much that you can do. We can't wait to see everyone there!

Our Odyssey of the Mind students are off to the World Finals in Lansing, MI! Good luck Bulldogs and safe travels!!
