Open Call for Vendors – Indigenous Marketplace at Episcopal Church of St. Matthews!

San Xavier District Planning Department is partnering with Episcopal Church of St. Matthew to create a platform for community members to sell goods within City of Tucson. Indigenous Marketplace will allow tribally enrolled members to set up for free within the church campus and sell their goods. Episcopal Church of St. Matthew is located within an arterial residential/commercial corridor and welcomes all San Xavier District community members to come set up free of charge!

Currently, Episcopal Church of St. Matthew is preparing for permit submissions to City of Tucson; however, the church is tentatively hoping for this to occur every Saturday starting November 29th, pending necessary approvals. Spots will be reserved on first come, first serve basis. If interested, please contact Principal Planner – John Baskett at [email protected] to reserve a spot. Please provide a description as to what you would like to sell.

We all have a role to play in ensuring our trick-or-treaters have a fun and safe Halloween.

Remember: Slow down, come to complete stops, look both ways when entering onto streets, and be patient.

Let's all work together to keep everyone safe!

As Domestic Violence Awareness Month comes to a close, we want to extend our deepest thanks to each of you. Thank you for being part of this email series, for opening your hearts and minds to awareness, and for helping carry that light forward. Whether you shared a fact, had a conversation, or simply reflected quietly, your presence mattered.
Awareness doesn’t end in October. Supporting survivors, educating others, and nurturing healing must continue all year long. Let’s keep the momentum going.
